Taking you through all the whys & whats of menopause & more importantly, the hows of eating yourself back to normal.

I'll also be talking about how important all the other lifestyle stuff is. There's no one answer but working on diet, mindset & movement together can be transformative.

Donna Whalley: personal trainer & fitness instructor

Dress in clothes & shoes you can move in, as Donna will take you through short 'Paracise' session. This segment will get you energised and smiling. Paracise is low impact, focusses on core, flexibility and is a great mood lifter. And because it introduces dance steps, it's also brilliant for cognitive function. Brain fog anyone??!!

Sanchia is a specialist women's health physiotherapist dedicated to supporting women through every stage of life - from pregnancy to postnatal recovery, to menopause and beyond. She offers expert care for pelvic floor concerns, including core rehabilitation, bladder & bowel issues, and pain related to pregnancy, intimacy and menopause.

Dr Karen Wilson, GP, HRT expert 

Everything you need to know & the latest research on Hormone Replacement Therapy.
