Weighed this morning and I've lost 10lbs since I weighed last Sunday. I honestly cannot say how much better I feel and how much it has helped my other half too, he said he'd support me as much as possible and he's lost a whopping 15lb 4oz in a week! I'm definitely in this for the long haul, need to get at least 5 more stones off.
I've found that I'm hardly bloated at all, and my IBS has settled better than it has for the last 35 years!

Can highly highly recommend this (I was on the trial). I lost a stone in two weeks but the benefits go way way beyond the scales. The main takeaway for me has been that I can now stop worrying about weight gain and health because I’m eating the kind of food that will heal my body and I can do it forever. It’s not a quick fix, it’s a forever commitment to myself and my health.
Lost over a stone in two weeks, had some reduction in pain & inflammation (I have Rheumatoid arthritis). Also, weirdly enough, I felt a boost to my immune system. Usually when I’m on holiday I react against something (dust, pollen mosquito bites etc etc) and this time my body seemed to be able to withstand all the environmental assaults.
This last thing was such a joy and massively reassuring, especially since the pandemic!

My brain fog (previously so bad it should’ve been accompanied by a fog horn!) has improved dramatically. I sleep through the night. My eyes aren’t dry and scratchy. The joints in my arms no longer ache, and I’m not as bloated. The major difference I’ve noticed is I’m calmer. This is to the degree that my thought process is “You’re normally panicking doing this and you aren’t! What’s going on?” when I’m doing something that usually stresses me out so much that I know I’m in fight or flight mode but just have to do it anyway!
