A diet & lifestyle programme to run alongside & beyond prescribing of Mounjaro & other weight loss medications.
The plan supports production & secretion of GLP-1 & GIP through specific foods & activities and naturally supports weight loss alongside medications & maintenance of your target weight thereafter.
It also aims to ensure an optimum intake of nutrients when hunger levels are diminished.
Direct contact & accountability:
· Initial private 30-minute call with Joanne Posey to discuss current habits & how you may best transition to the new set of eating habits that will support weight-loss maintenance over the long-term.
· Weekly group call every Tuesday at 12pm.
· 3 months' support via access to weekly group call.
· WhatsApp group for sharing experiences & any other questions

· 60+ recipes covering breakfast, lunch & dinner
· Staggered targets to make the transition easier
· Weekly movement recommendations
